The Shared Fact Sheet must be completed with 10 days of filing a grievance at Step 2. The steward and the Employer representative meet to complete the form which includes a check list for stewards on what information to include for different grievances.

Sponsored by the Community Social Services Employers' Association (CSSEA) and the Union Bargaining Association (UBA), this joint program is administered by the Healthcare Benefit Trust (HBT).
