The Child Care, Family and Work/Life Balance Committee develops BCGEU policy on child care and family care issues. Members of the committee sit as BCGEU appointees to national and provincial organizations doing advocacy work in these areas. The committee takes leadership with resolutions, policy and bargaining proposals that will make our work places family-friendly
