Meeting for public service members in Victoria

The budget update and the announcement of cuts to the public sector have caused understandable uncertainty and insecurity for BCGEU members in the public service.

Some of you are already impacted by these cuts and many of you are worried about what the future holds.

I'd like to welcome you to meet with me this Friday to give you an opportunity to talk about your concerns and to bring forward your questions.

Please join me at 5 pm, Friday, September 11 at the BCGEU Victoria Area Office at 2994 Douglas Street.

There will be light refreshments and snacks provided.

Together, we will be better able to come up with answers and solutions during this difficult time.
