Oak Bay seniors' care forum

(Oak Bay: April 18, 2010) Concern was expressed at a seniors' forum about plans by the Vancouver Island Health Authority to sell Oak Bay Lodge and Mount Tolmie hospital. Peggy Storey, pictured, who has a father-in-law at Oak Bay Lodge, spoke about the importance of keeping seniors in our community. The group in attendance plans more activity to keep pressure on the health authority to keep the facilities open.
