Liquor store closures on-going

When the Liberals took office there were 289 private liquor stores. Now there are approximately 600. So far there is no evidence that has provided better service, better rpices, or more responsible liquor distribution. although the BCGEU won some restrictions on store closures, the provincial government continues to encourage private companies. We are determined to make sure consumers, workers, and communities all benefit from any sales of alcohol.
