Warming up Vancouver

(Vancouver: November 26, 2010) The BCGEU was out today at the Broadway/City Hall station on the Canada Line to contribute 150 emergency blankets to the "Blanket BC" campaign which collects blankets for those in need. Blanket BC was started by Gregory Ould, a ProTrans worker and member of Local 1003. Ould (r) is joined at the station with Vancouver Councillor Kerry Jang, and his son. Jang is holding the City of Vancouver Proclamation declaring today "Blanket BC Day in Vancouver."
