B.C. Highways Maintenance Standards

A short outline of road and highway maintenance guidelines in the province of British Columbia. Road and highway maintenance was privatized in BC in 1988. Each year private contractors receive $300 million to maintain roads. This short movie will help drivers determine whether or not roads in their region are being properly maintained.
