Re:            Bargaining Update

Your Bargaining Committee, is pleased to advise that collective agreement negotiations began with the Employer on September 13th. Dialogue was respectful, and a number of non-monetary language proposals were discussed at the table.

Bargaining is set to resume on November 3rd and 4th.  In the meantime, please rest assured that the terms and conditions of your current collective agreement remain in full force and effect until a new agreement is ratified by the membership.
