Our union works hard to improve the lives of working people and to give you a strong voice in your workplace – and in your community. From better wages and working conditions to broader efforts to promote social justice, BCGEU has a proud tradition of advocating for workers' rights.

Our roots go back decades when provincial government employees first began organizing to improve their working conditions. Now our members are equally split between the public and private sectors.
