Emergency & Health Services Commission election of bargaining representatives

We have received 4 nominations for 3 positions for Bargaining Representative and are therefore running an election.

Please mark the enclosed ballot ranking the candidates by preference from  1 – 4.  All names must be marked with a number.  Anything else will be considered a spoiled ballot.

Insert your marked ballot into the brown coin envelope and place the brown coin envelope into the white declaration envelope.  Be sure to fill in all requested information on the front of the declaration envelope and sign it.  Place your declaration envelope into the self-addressed postage paid return envelope.

Members who do not receive a ballot package in the mail should contact Merna Watkins at (604) 291.9611 or 1.800.663.1674. Ballots must be received by Lynne Barry, no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2012 care of the address below.
