Vancity update on bargaining

The Union commenced bargaining with the Employer on February 1, 2012.  For the past two weeks we have had productive discussions regarding the proposals. Progress has been made and we have reached agreement on a number of issues that were identified by the members. 

Negotiations are scheduled to continue on February 17th.  We will continue to work on all non-monetary items still outstanding and move to the monetary proposals.
