Willow Manor - BCGEU applies for Mediation

Following several days of intense negotiations, bargaining has broken down over the issue of salary increases.  The most recent release on inflation is indicating that the cost of living, over the last 12 months, is running at 2.9%.  Your Employer is unwilling to offer a wage increase that addresses the high cost of living.

The Union has applied to the Labour Relations Board for mediation in an effort to reach an acceptable renewal agreement on your behalf.
