Public Service workers have had to deal with dramatic change in recent years – massive budget cuts, layoffs, contracting-out, de-regulation, re-organization and more. The recent re-organization of resource ministries is a good example. Approximately 2,400 public service workers will be impacted by these changes.

The BCGEU wants to hear your stories about coping with change in your workplace, and the challenges you face in doing your job every day.
