LifeLabs - call for bargaining committee member nominations

Your current Collective Agreement expires on December 31, 2011 and it is time to prepare for the negotiation of your next Collective Agreement.

As such, nominations are now open for three Bargaining Committee Members (and one alternate) to participate in these negotiations.  Nomination forms for this purpose are attached here.  Each candidate has the right to submit a 250 word biography together with their nomination form.  If there are more nominations than positions available, a mail ballot, which will include candidate biographies, will be conducted.

Nomination forms and biographies must be received at BCGEU HQ by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 16, 2012 .

An online bargaining survey is being conducted.  Click here to access the survey.  Please take a few minutes to complete the survey as your input is important in preparing for negotiations.  For members who do not have access to a computer, a paper survey will be mailed to you.  The deadline for surveys is Monday, January 16th.
