Salvation Army (Harbour Light) ARC - tentative renewal collective agreement ratified

This is to advise that the members of Salvation Army Harbour Light ARC have voted to accept the tentative renewal Collective Agreement through a vote of 65.7%.

Once the Employer has confirmed they have completed their ratification process the Collective Agreement will be produced, signed and distributed.

I would like to take this time to thank James, Billy and Trevor for all their work, input and determination during this round of negotiations.  They brought your issues forward clearly and firmly and always came to the table with the greater good in mind.   Without their help we would not have achieved the improvements we did!
