Spring 2008 Retirement Seminar Schedule and Registration Form

Plan members who wish to attend a seminar must complete and return the above registration form. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and some venues fill up quickly so it is important to register as early as possible. Plan members are encouraged to invite their spouse or partner. If there are few registrations for a venue, the seminar may be rescheduled or combined with another seminar in your area.
