A tentative agreement has been negotiated with your Employer. The Bargaining Committee is conducting a Ratification Meeting on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 5:15 pm in the boardroom at the SPARC offices. You will have the opportunity to hear, review, ask questions and vote on the tentative agreement.

Highlights Include:

• 1^st year – 1% wage increase as on August 1, 2016
• 2nd year – 1.5% wage increase on April 1, 2017
• 3rd year – 2 % wage increase on April 1, 2018
  
• Increase in vision care from $250 to $300
• Increase in sick day bank from 18 days to 23 days
