The Members of the BC Government and Service Employees' Union (BCGEU) and U-Hill Kinderclub have ratified their agreement starting January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019.

The highlights of the tentative agreement are:

• A 3-year term, ending December 31, 2019
• 3% wage increase each year of the agreement
