Your bargaining committee worked through the late spring preparing for bargaining directly with First Credit Union. The members of your bargaining committee are shown below. The Employer is represented by Sandra McDowell, VP Communications & Culture, First Group of Companies; Angie Poulsen, Human Resources Manager, First Group of Companies; and First Credit Union bargaining spokesperson, Gary Moser.
Your bargaining committee has met with the Employer numerous times in June, September, October and December. Progress has been sporadic, but some progress has been made.
Your bargaining committee will be available to meet with members of the First Credit Union bargaining unit on Monday, January 8, 2018 for an overview of bargaining and informal discussion about bargaining. The committee will be able to discuss those issues that remain outstanding.
