Nominations are now open for the following position on the local executive:

• Local 1003 Chairperson

The term of this appointment will be until January 2028. Information and activities of the Chairperson is attached to this notice and also available from your area office.
 

The deadline for nominations is: NOON - April 30, 2026

If there is an election for a position, candidates may submit one page of information (8-1/2 x 11, black and white) for distribution to members with ballots. This must be received at the area office within one business day of the close of nominations.
 
Candidates should contact the area office for additional information on their rights and responsibilities.
 
Nomination forms must be returned to the BCGEU Lower Mainland Area office via email at [email protected], Attention Krysyna Engler, by fax at (604) 215-1410, or dropped off in person at 130-2920 Virtual Way, Vancouver. These must be submitted by noon on April 30, 2026.
