Many thanks everyone for coming out to yesterdays Auburn Seniors Village strike vote. 90% of the membership turned out to cast ballots, with 100% voting yes to potentially going on strike to get an agreement that fairly recognizes the important work that all of you do. Well done everyone!

Today your bargaining committee is in mediation with your employer, and they have let the employer know loud and clear about yesterdays vote. Hopefully they will come to the table today with something serious!
