We met with the employer's bargaining team this week, including managers from Elements Casino Victoria as well as Great Canadian Casinos, and have tabled our non-monetary package. This is our first proposal to the employer and includes only items that don't involve compensation such as hours of work, bullying, and harassment and job security.

We'll be discussing things like wages and benefits with the employer once we get through these important provisions.

We have bargaining dates set with the employer over the next two weeks where we expect to hear back from them on our proposal.
