Collective agreement negotiations resumed with your Employer on July 26^th and 27^th. Although only half day sessions could be scheduled, your bargaining committee left this latest round of bargaining optimistic that a very good tentative agreement will soon be realized. It was a good two days!

The parties plan to meet in the next few weeks to iron out some outstanding issues. Once that is taken care of, we hope to present a tentative agreement to all of our members at EFILS for a full review, and then a ratification vote. We are optimistic that this will be soon.
