Bargaining commenced with the Employer on February 8^th and 9^th when we exchanged our proposal packages. Subsequent bargaining dates took place on February 20^th and 21^st as well as April 18^th and 19^th. As part of protocol, the parties have agreed to negotiate all non-monetary items before discussing any monetary items, so any items that have a cost attached to them, including wages have not been discussed. 

The parties have dates schedule on June 18^th and 21^st and hope to wrap up our non-monetary items and table our monetary package soon. The parties are working hard to reach an agreement, and your committee will provide you with another update after the next set of dates have been concluded with the Employer.
