Thanks very much to all the members who were able to join us on May 13^th, on the BCGEU motorhome, as we travelled to a number of BCHM worksites in the Lower Mainland. It was a really great turnout! We appreciated talking with so many members and getting your input for our bargaining preparation.

For members working outside of the Lower Mainland, your bargaining committee is reviewing options for communication, including a Town Hall conferencing format. In the meantime, please feel free to contact any member of the Bargaining Committee directly.

Bargaining with the Employer and the Union will commence on May 31^st in Burnaby.

Scheduling bargaining dates during the summer months can be a challenge, but we do have a timetable of meetings with the Employer over the next few weeks. Stay tuned for further updates after we meet with the Employer.
