Bottom Line Conference – Vancouver - BCGEU


Interested in participating in March's Bottom Line Conference in Vancouver? The Canadian Mental Health Association's (CMHA) annual National Bottom Line Conference brings together business leaders, union representatives, policy-makers, researchers, and workers to improve mental health in Canadian workplaces.

The conference provides an opportunity to share real experiences and successes while working towards the common goal of transforming Canadian workplaces into psychologically safe and supportive places where everyone can work safely and thrive. The event will take place on March 13 & 14 at Vancouver's Westin Bayshore Hotel.

BCGEU's Component 8 (Community Health Services) will be selecting four delegates and six alternates to the conference.

The theme of this year's Bottom Line Conference is "Navigating the New Workplace: We All Have a Part," and topics include:

  • Mental Health in the Future Workplace
  • From Moral to Medical: The New Approach to Substance Use in the Workplace
  • Keynote-How to Get Ready for Cannabis in the Workplace
