Re: Correctional Supervisor Classification Appeal Update


The Union has received the Public Service Agency (PSA) response to the three Classification Appeals which were filed in 2005, 2006 and 2007. The PSA has advised that there is no change to the classification and the Correctional Supervisors will remain at Grid 21. The Union will be responding to this Appeal, but will first allow the Correctional Supervisors time to provide input to the Union in the form of a rebuttal.

The PSA letter will be sent to all Correctional Supervisors in the regular mail with a response deadline of April 30, 2008. If you are a Correctional Supervisor and have not received the PSA letter by April 10, 2008, please call Cathy Giannone at (604) 291-9611.
