Please be advised that as a result of recent changes to the Local 104 Chairperson ballot (withdrawal of candidate), and a number of ballots not being received at the worksites, elections for ALL Local 104 Executive positions have been extended to March 20, 2015, in order that members are given sufficient opportunity to vote.

Stewards and contacts who are conducting the balloting are requested to stop balloting and destroy ALL ballots with the March 13, 2015 date on them previously sent to the worksite.  New ballots are being issued and delivered to the worksites no later than Thursday, March 5, 2015.  The new ballots will be identified with the extension date of March 20, 2015 marked on them.  Any ballots with the previous date of March 13, 2015 will NOT BE COUNTED, so please ensure any member who has already voted is given another opportunity to vote with the new ballots.

Please keep all other supplies previously sent to the worksite for use with the new ballots, including the Election FYI, candidate biographies, coin envelopes, declaration envelopes and worksite report.
