The Health Services Component 4 is in the process of preparing for negotiations in our two provincial agreements -Health Science Professionals and Facilities Services & Support Subsector.
Entitlement
The Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA) is entitled to two Bargaining Committee members and one Alternate.
Attached please find the Bargaining Questionnaire and the Call for Nominations for two members of the Bargaining Committee (Chair and Member) and one Alternate.
Please return the completed questionnaire and nomination form by Thursday, January 18, 2018 by fax to 604-294-5092, email to [email protected], or drop it off at any area office.
