This is the first in a series of newsletters that will be going out to the staff members of Community Living BC from members of your Labour Management Committee (LMC) and Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee (JOSH). The Labour Management Committee consists of 4 members from Management and 4 members from the BCGEU. This is a collaborative process where we discuss issues and concerns from the field. You can refer to clauses of the collective agreement for further information. All meeting minutes are posted on the CLBC Citrix Intranet under Labour Management.
