Balloting closed last Friday and the ballots were counted last evening. You will recall from the January 22 bulletin the structure of the Bargaining Committee:

The Bargaining Committee has four positions, as follows:

One – Bargaining Committee Chair

Three – Bargaining Committee Members

At least one Admin employee must be elected to the Bargaining Committee.

Your Bargaining Committee is:

Member Tory Kincross

Member Lillian Tugwell

Congratulations to all those who allowed their names to stand for nomination to represent your interests in our negotiations for a renewal collective agreement. Congratulations to the successful candidates and welcome to the bargaining process.

Your current collective agreement has expired but continues in full force and effect per Clause 38.5 – Agreement to Continue if Force.

The Bargaining Committee will be developing proposals and seeking your input over the coming weeks. We will keep you updated with bulletins as the process develops.
