Valleyhaven Retirement Community Ltd. Bargaining Update – Essential Services ...
The Employer and the Union met yesterday to negotiate essential service levels for Valleyhaven, in the event of strike action. The parties were unable to reach agreement, and we will now apply to the Labour Relations Board for the assistance of a mediator.
