You should have received an email from the BC Public Service Agency on the joint training for the changes to the ETO Collective Agreement.
 
We have worked with the BC Public Service Agency to ensure this training is provided to all ETO members. As noted in their email to you, the training is being delivered in person or virtually, in various locations across the province.
 
It is important that you attend the training. We have heard from many members that there are questions regarding the new language, and in particular, its impact on their hours of work.
 
The training will provide an opportunity to answer your questions and we have committed to follow up on any outstanding matters.
