The call for nominations to sit on the Bargaining Committee for the upcoming round of negotiations has resulted in the need to conduct an election for:
- one (1) member from Tables Games
- one (1) member from F&B (including Match and Kitchen)
We received multiple nominations for both positions, and this means we will be conducting an election to fill these two (2) spots.
We do not need to run an election for representation from Slots or Cash Cage; or Security, Race Book, Count Team or Guest Services as we received one (1) nomination from each of these work groups and therefore the nominees have been acclaimed. The results are:
- Slots or Cash Cage – Michael Vyner acclaimed
- Security, Race Book, Count Team or Guest Services – Shirley McMillan acclaimed
Congratulations to Michael Vyner and Shirley McMillan for stepping forward.
Voting for the Tables Games and F&B representative will be conducted at the worksite and will open on November 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm and close on December 4, 2017 at 10:00 am. Results of the election will be communicated once the count has concluded.
