Nominations are now open for the Food and Beverage Working Group.
Under the Collective Agreement, a Food and Beverage Working Group will be convened to discuss tip industry standards for the tip out of Food and Beverage Classifications.
The current policies and procedures for gratuity distribution will only change based on the agreement of the Food and Beverage Working Group.
The Working Group representatives will be elected by the departments and will include representation from:
- Back of House
- Front of House
Completed nomination forms must be dropped off in the box in the break room or received at the BCGEU Lower Mainland Area Office by 9:00 am on Monday, January 29th.
Extra blank nomination forms are hung on the bulletin board by the elevator.
