Your Bargaining Committee is pleased to advise that bargaining for Hard Rock Casino's first ever collective agreement is set to begin October 4th and 5th.
Preparations for bargaining have begun, and your committee has been working hard with BCGEU Staff Negotiators preparing detailed proposals that will soon be presented to your Employer. Rest assured, your committee is focused on ensuring that all members at Hard Rock Casino are represented at the bargaining table.
We are also pleased to advise that committee alternate Lorea Pleshka has replaced Jen Stebbing as bargaining committee member for Guest Services. Jen recently resigned from the committee. Many thanks to Lorea for taking on this important role.
Finally, your committee wishes to express its appreciation for your patience and support. We look forward to negotiating a strong collective agreement for all of you.
