PHSA board has failed to direct their immediate attention to the situation at your workplace, despite the increasingly dangerous and violent working conditions. Do you agree with the PHSA response that the employer is "developing an engagement program to encourage and incentivize staff to identify safety hazards, offer solutions and participate in the implementation of safety solutions targeting these hazards"?
Do you feel that your employer consults with you? When you identify safety concerns and make suggestions on how to remove the hazard, do you feel heard? Have any of your suggestions been implemented?
Your union wants to hear from you. Reply to this email and please share with us your comments and stories so that President Smith can bring your concerns directly to the PHSA board meeting on June 29th. Your submissions will be kept completely confidential.
