Component 4 Health Services is seeking an equity and diversity representative to sit on the component executive. You would lend your voice at the component level to ensure we address issues of concern to equity members.

The component executive meets four times a year over a period of 2 to 4 days at a time.

Once we have names of those interested, there will be an election.

All members of Component 4 Health Services who self-identify in at least one of the four equity groups (indigenous workers, workers with a disability, workers of colour, or LGBTQ2SI) are eligible to vote in the election, but only members who identify in at least one of these groups and currently sit in any capacity on a local executive are eligible to stand for election.

No members will be asked to specify which equity group(s) they identify with.
