FAQs

You will need your Member ID and PIN before you can log in to vote.

Your PIN is delivered using a One Time Link (OTL) which will be sent in an email from "[email protected]" titled "BCGEU Credential Delivery".

If you cannot find the email, check your auto-sort, junk and spam folders for the email. You can also type " [email protected] " into your email search bar to search for the email directly. How?

NOTE: Adding "[email protected]" as an email contact will decrease the likelihood of our emails being identified by your email client as junk or spam. How?

If you still cannot find the email that contains instructions on how to retrieve your PIN, please contact your Area Office and they can have a new One Time Link email resent to you.

In the email titled "BCGEU Credential Delivery", your 8-digit Member ID is displayed in bold.

Here's an example of what the email looks like:

Your PIN is displayed when you click on the One Time Link (OTL) in the email from [email protected] titled BCGEU Credential Delivery. If you already clicked on the OTL and did not write down or take a screenshot of your PIN, you will need to ask your Area Office to send you another credential delivery email containing a new OTL.

If you cannot login with your Member ID and PIN

  1. Ensure you're including the dashes in your 8-digit Member ID.
  2. Make sure that Caps Lock is not enabled.
  3. If copying and pasting any information, make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the characters entered.
  4. Try typing in the Member ID and the password manually.
  5. If using a mobile device (cellphone, tablet etc.), as the member to ensure your device is not auto capitalizing the first character if it’s a letter.

Please call your Area Office and provide them with your new email address. Be sure to tell them what election you are hoping to vote in so that they can ensure the staff managing the election update your email in the voter roll as well as in our other systems.

If you contact your Area Office and let them know what election you voted in, your Member ID and name, they will be able to check for you.

Once cast, your ballot cannot be changed.
