It has come to our attention that SPO (Masters) in the Vancouver Island Health Authority have not been paid the new rate negotiated in the last round. SPOs with a Master's degree were to move from Grid 8 to Grid 11 as of April 1st, 2019.
 
The Employer has been notified and is currently rectifying the situation. Retroactive pay will be paid for all hours missed.
