*CALL FOR RESOLUTIONS AND NOMINATIONS FOR THE 50TH BCGEU TRIENNIAL CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION being held June 14 – 17, 2017, in Vancouver*

1.    Election of Delegates and Alternates to Convention (nomination form attached)
If you are interested in being a Delegate to Convention, please complete the attached nomination form and return it to the Nanaimo Area Office no later than 5:00 p.m. February 23, 2017 or brought to the meeting. If there are more nominations received than positions available, the delegate election will be conducted at the local meeting. Only those at the meeting or on the phone will be able to vote.
2.    Convention Resolutions (resolution form attached) Members can submit resolutions to convention through the Local. Please fill out the attached form and send to [email protected]. Resolutions must be in no later than 5:00 p.m. February 23, 2017 or brought to the meeting. If you cannot attend in person, please join us by phone at 1-866-562-0090 and key in 986794.
