During the Triennial Steward Elections that occurred last fall no nominations were received from Surrey Pretrial Services Centre. Therefore, the Local has decided to formerly hold steward nominations (and potentially elections) at SPSC. 

This means that if you are currently a steward you will be end dated if you do not run again, or are unsuccessful in an election. This election does not include Local 104 Officers as they maintain representational rights throughout the Local as per the collective agreement and the Union's constitution.
 
Nominations will open on June 4, 2018 and the attached nomination form must be received by the Fraser Valley Area Office no later than Monday June 18, 2018 at 5:00 PM. Contact details are included on the nomination form.

There are eight (8) steward positions available and if there are more than eight (8) nominations an election will occur and will be carried out by the Local Executive.
