Recommendations of LRB Appointed Mediator rejected by Members in Ratification Vote
On July 3, 2018, a ratification vote was held concerning the recommendations of the BC Labour Relations Board appointed mediator for a renewed collective agreement with the Employer.
Members have voted decidedly against accepting these recommendations and as a result the tentative collective agreement was rejected.
The Union is now considering next steps and will report out to members shortly.
