Your bargaining committee once again resumed collective agreement negotiations with your employer on December 4th.
We were hoping your employer would be ready to respond to our comprehensive monetary proposals that had been sent to them some time ago. Unfortunately they were not ready, but claim they will be when bargaining resumes on December 17th.
In the meantime, please be assured that your current collective agreement remains in full force and in effect until a new collective agreement has been negotiated and ratified by the membership.
