We are pleased to invite you to vote electronically in the elections to XXXX that will be held from DD, MM DD(#) YYYY, starting at HH:MM, until DD, MM DD(#) YYYY, closing at HH:MM

In order to access the voting portal you will need your id and a password. You may retrieve your password by following the link we will provide for you in this letter. For security reasons this link can only be used once."

We received feedback with many members concerned that this was spam and/or junk mail as the communication is void of any specific details. Please note the sender is legitimate, however, there was a system error that has now been rectified. Members will be receiving the amended communication on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 8:00 am inviting them to vote electronically in the local election. Please add the email [email protected] to your safe lists so that the email does is not redirected to your junk folder.
