Per MOA #2 of your Collective Agreement, we are calling for Tip Committee member nominations for the following departments:

• Table Games – four (4) members needed
• Slots – one (1) member needed
• Guest Services – one (1) member needed
• Cage – one (1) member needed

Nominations will open on September 16, 2019 and close on September 23, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. 

Both nominators and their nominees must belong to the same group. 

In the event an election is required, further notice and information shall be provided. 

Please use the attached nomination forms and return by 5:00 p.m. on September 23, 2019 by one of the following options:
