Earlier this week you received information about moving to a new benefits carrier. Based on questions we've seen so far directly to the Employer's HR Dept, we think that another telephone town hall would be helpful. 

There is no change of benefits plan involved in this enrolment process. It is only to allow for changing the benefit carrier away from Manulife effective July 1, 2019. 

We understand there are a lot of questions about the form and implications. We're offering two conference call to explain the details, provide background information, answer your questions and walk people through the form completion process.
