Reminder: Membership Meetings

Maple Ridge campus
DATE: Wednesday, February 20th, 2019
TIME: 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm
PLACE: JIBC lunchroom

* A teleconference opportunity will be scheduled soon for the satellite offices. Members working in those offices will be contacted with details.
Pursuant to Clause 7.3(c) of the JIBC collective agreement, members are allowed to attend the meeting during work hours, so please make arrangements to be absent from your work area during one of the meetings.
Bargaining Survey
Your bargaining committee is now preparing to negotiate our next agreement and we asking for your input in a member survey. This questionnaire is an opportunity for you to identify any issues, concerns, or improvements you would like brought forward for consideration in negotiations and will assist the Bargaining Committee in setting its bargaining priorities.
You have three options in which to submit a short survey:

Hard copies of the questionnaire will be available at the membership meetings on January 31st and February 20th.
Please complete this questionnaire and return by 4:30pm, Friday February 22nd, 2019.
To help ensure you receive a copy of bargaining updates please provide a personal email address to the BCGEU at http://www.bcgeu.ca/update. If we already have an email address on file for you and you wish to edit or update any of your existing contact information, you can use the same form.
This is your opportunity to get involved in the negotiations process and provide input to your Bargaining Committee.
