It was recently brought to the Unions attention that some of our members at LifeLabs have been wondering when their new collective agreement will be posted online. We are pleased to report that this will most likely happen in the next few weeks.

When a new collective agreement has been ratified, it goes through an errors and omissions process. This process involves both the Union, and your Employer. Both sides go through a draft version of the new agreement checking for any unintended errors and omissions. The vetting of an agreement can take some time. Please be rest assured that this process is now in its final stages, and you will soon be able to access the new agreement online. We promise to let you know when that happens.
