New wage grids are available for members covered under the Public Service Master agreement.

These wage grids reflect the Feb 4/18 1% salary increase as well as the ESD adjustment which was effective on the same date. In addition, the April 1/18 grid has the next .5% increase built in. 

This leaves the final wage increase of 1% in this term which is due on Feb 3/19. 

“These wage grid increases are part of the public service collective agreement, which expires in 2019,” said BCGEU president Stephanie Smith. “The union has engaged members in pre-bargaining consultations, to establish priorities for the upcoming round of bargaining. Look for updates in the coming weeks and months.”
